MADISON -- The Calvary Lutheran Lady Lions extended their winning streak to five games Friday night with a 57-19 victory against the Madison Lady Panthers.
Calvary Lutheran outscored Madison 14-4 in the first quarter and 15-2 in the second quarter to lead 29-6 at halftime. The Lady Lions pushed their lead to 45-16 by the end of the third quarter.
Kylie Robinson scored a game-high 17 points for the Lady Lions, who had four players score in double figures. Maddy Sprengel finished with 13 points, Sydney Volmert added 12 points and Leah Thompson chipped in 11 points.
Sprengel and Volmert each grabbed six rebounds, Thompson had five steals and Sprengel added four assists.
Calvary Lutheran (5-1) plays Monday, Dec. 30, at Veritas Christian in O'Fallon.
