The coffee giant fired a union supporter, and made unlawful threats and statements about union representation, the board held Friday. Workers had rejected the union in a July 2022 vote.
The ruling comes as baristas represented by Starbucks Workers United, which represents workers at more than 500 stores, went on strike at a limited number of locations after bargaining sessions with the company stalled.
