Plans have also come forward to extend the front of 146 Bath Road.

There are plans for a garage conversion at 27 Hornsby Avenue and the cutting back of trees at 20 Chesterton Gardens.

Scaled-down plans to demolish 18 Newtown Road and replace it with a block of flats have been submitted to the council.

At 2A Church Terrace, there are plans to fell a lime tree to the ground and remove the stump.
