PHILADELPHIA - Eagles cornerback Darius Slay will never forget the last major snowstorm to strike during a game at Lincoln Financial Field.
Slay was a rookie with the Detroit Lions on Dec. 8, 2013 when 7 inches of snow fell, most of it during the game. Slay was not at the game that day, having had surgery on his knee two days before.
But it's looking like the famous "Snow Game," forever etched into Eagles lore, could repeat itself Sunday when the Eagles face the Los Angeles Rams in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs.
And that could mean a memorable game from Eagles running back Saquon Barkley if he's as successful as running back LeSean McCoy was on that snowy December day in 2013.

The Weather Channel is predicting 3-5 inches of snow to fall Sunday afternoon and into the evening. The game starts at 3 p.m. The high temperature is expected to be 35 degrees, but that will be reached early in the morning.
By game time, the temperature will be about 32 degrees, and dropping into the 20s by the time the game is over, with an 85% chance of snow.
Slay, for one, certainly remembered McCoy jumping over slipping and sliding Lions defenders trying to tackle him. McCoy ran for 217 yards that day, 149 of them coming in the fourth quarter when the Eagles scored 28 points and overpowered the Lions, 34-20.
"It was slick out there," Slay said. "It was hard to tackle him that day. He up there getting all freaky and dickey on us, and jumping over us and stuff. You know how hard it was to tackle them boys in that snow. That was hard. It was like slushy out there."
McCoy's 217 yards set an Eagles' franchise record for a single game, until Barkley broke it this season with 255 yards, coincidentally against the Rams on Nov. 24 in Los Angeles in the Eagles' 37-20 win.
Eagles coach Nick Sirianni has had his team practice outdoors at Lincoln Financial Field all week, including on Thursday when about an inch of snow fell.
"We've practiced in (cold weather) all week," Sirianni said. "Practiced in it last week, the elements. I know our guys are tough. I know our guys are physical. So there are different things you do in a snow game, depending on how the snow is ... I know our guys will handle the elements, regardless of what they are.
"You have contingency plans for everything."
Most Eagles fans are well-versed in what to wear to a winter football game at The Linc. For newbies or those who need a refresher, here are some suggestions. Pro tip: You can never go wrong with an Eagles logo on any of these items.
Remember, you can remove a layer of clothes, but you can't add one if you don't have it unless you buy it at the stadium.
