So, I have a BlueIris security cam server running on a PC on my network behind OpenVPN so I can access it remotely without having a router port open. The server is accessed via web browsers on the MacBook Air and my Asus windows laptop and an app on my iPhone 16P at a local network ip address. The problem is on the MacBook Air but ONLY while on my local network. The browsers can't reach the server at the local ip address. Unreachable. But if I cycle the MacBook OVPN client on and then off the browsers can connect to the BI server again, for a little while. Then a few minutes later they lose that connection again.

I have no issues accessing this BI server remotely, just as noted above while on my home network. Anyone have any ideas as to how to correct this?
