Where do OU, Oklahoma State football commits play in OSSAA state quarterfinals?

The 2024 Oklahoma high school football state quarterfinals are set for Friday.

Elijah Thomas, Sr., Checotah: The OU receiver commit continues to prove why he's a highly-touted prospect. He has 58 catches for 1,292 yards and 19 touchdowns and 57 carries for 409 yards and 10 scores. Also a standout defensive back and returner for Checotah, Thomas has 65 tackles, four interceptions and one kickoff return for a touchdown.

Trystan Haynes, Sr., Carl Albert: The OU commit is having another strong year at receiver and defensive back for the Titans. Haynes has 36 receptions for 543 yards and seven touchdowns and on defense has recorded 25 tackles. He also has one rushing touchdown and a punt return for a score.

Marcus James, Sr., Carl Albert: The OU linebacker commit missed the first part of the season with an injury but has thrived in the Titans' last seven games, recording 56 tackles, including 11 for loss, and two sacks during that stretch. Also a tight end, James has caught five passes for 152 yards and two scores.

Trynae Washington, Sr., Carl Albert: A receiver and defensive back, Washington is committed to OU. This season, he has 24 catches for 394 yards and five scores along with 32 tackles and two interceptions, both of which he returned for touchdowns. Washington is also a standout punter and has punted 10 times with an average of 43.1 yards per attempt.

Carl'Veon Young, Sr., Carl Albert: He announced his commitment to Oklahoma State earlier this month. The linebacker has recorded 56 tackles, including nine for loss, two sacks and one interception.

Ryker Haff, Sr., Owasso: He's committed to Oklahoma State and helps form one of the top offensive lines in the state. The Rams have dominated opponents in the trenches, and that's a big reason why they're 10-0 and ranked No. 1 in Class 6A-I.

Matrail Lopez, Sr., Idabel: The Oklahoma State receiver commit has 42 receptions for 693 yards and nine touchdowns and 47 carries for 452 yards and 11 scores. Lopez is also a defensive back and returner and has 66 tackles and four interceptions and has returned three punts and one kickoff for touchdowns.
